Call or text us at 970-376-6389 to tell us
about your family and when you need a sitter.
Our normal office hours are 8am to 8pm.
If it is very late or very early,
you can leave a message with your details and we will get back to
you, or you can send an email via our Contact page.
When we have determined that the
right sitter is available, we will collect a non-refundable deposit
on your credit card and email you a confirmation with the name and
details of your sitter.
Unless you have an account on file
with us, your sitter will bring a Family Information and Release
Form for you to complete together at the beginning of the
appointment.
Go out and don't worry! Our
sitter will have your contact details and will be available if you
think of something you forgot to mention.
At the end of the appointment, you
can pay the remaining balance by credit card, in-state check, or
cash.
We will follow up (or you can use
our Contact page on this Web site) for your feedback so that we keep
improving.
Please do not ask our sitters to
work “off book”. It can be awkward because they want to please
you, but they also want to maintain a good relationship with our
service. If you are seeking to insure and employ them full-time permanently,
however, we will understand.
